Gabrielle Lake Mitchell Counselling

Counsellor in Brighton & Hove and Uckfield

Helping you navigate anxiety, depression, and life’s challenges — in person or online

I’m a BACP-qualified integrative counsellor, offering one-to-one counselling sessions for adults and teens in Brighton & Hove, Uckfield, and online across the UK.

Sometimes life can feel overwhelming. I provide a kind, understanding space where you can be yourself, be listened to, and feel safe sharing what’s on your mind.

I support clients navigating anxiety, stress, low mood, and relationship difficulties, while offering a neuro-affirming practice for those living with ADHD. Rather than focusing on 'fixing' how you think, we’ll work together to understand your unique brain and find strategies that actually fit your life.

Because everyone is different, I work integratively. This means I draw on different therapeutic tools to suit your specific needs, helping you gain deeper insight into your thoughts and feelings at a pace that feels right for you

Many people find it helpful to talk briefly, by phone or online, to ask questions and get a sense of counselling. You can book a free consultation whenever it feels right for you.

This quote speaks to the heart of why many people come to therapy — to make sense of what they’ve been through, to find steadiness in the present, and to begin to move forward with greater self-understanding and resilience.
